6 Minute Instant Pot Minestroni

I love to cook, but with a full time job, I don't have a lot of time in the evenings. If you're lucky enough to have purchased one during Amazon Prime Day, Instant Pot to the rescue! If you don't have an Instant Pot you can make this in a regular pot on the stove, but you really should go buy an Instant Pot.
